🪶Welcome to Find Your Way2Vyb
A Journey of Self-Discovery, Healing, and Heart
Hey there, beautiful souls.
Welcome to Find Your Way2Vyb.
If you’re here, reading this, I want you to know how grateful I am that you’ve arrived in this space. This little corner of the universe has been quietly living inside my heart for nearly a decade, waiting for the moment I’d gather the courage, clarity, and softness to finally share it.
Today, I’m taking a deep, steadying breath and stepping into that moment.
Before we walk this path together, I want to begin with something simple… yet deeply personal: introducing myself. It sounds easy enough, but this has been one of the most challenging parts of my entire journey.
Episode Zero: Welcome to Find Your Way2Vyb
Hi, and welcome to the Find Your Way2Vyb podcast. I’m your guide, Amber, and I’m genuinely grateful you’re here. This has been something I’ve wanted to bring to life for a long time, and it feels so good to finally begin. I’m excited to see where this journey leads—so come walk with me as we start finding our Way2Vyb.
Before we dive in, let’s take a slow breath together.
Wherever you are, let yourself arrive. Consider this your invitation to slow down, listen inward, remember what matters, and step gently into this space.
Why Episode Zero Matters
This is Episode Zero, our starting point on this journey. I wanted this first episode to introduce myself, share what Find Your Way2Vyb is all about, offer a glimpse into how I found my own Way2Vyb, and let you know what you can expect as we move forward together on this journey.
And I’ll be honest: showing up like this has been the scariest part. Being seen. Being vulnerable enough to tell my truth. After nearly a decade of quietly doing my healing work in my own little world, I struggled to find the “right” words to describe who I am without letting fear—especially the fear of what others might think, take over.
I wrote version after version. Nothing ever felt like it fully captured me. Until one day something clicked: it wasn’t that I didn’t know who I was… it was that I was still learning how to truly value myself.
So I stopped chasing perfect words and started focusing on what brought me joy and peace. Little by little, I loosened my grip on fear. Over the years, I leaned into practices that grounded me and helped me feel safe enough to let my truest self come forward. And now, I feel ready to share my story, my heart, and my deeply spiritual journey with you.
A Little About Me
I’m the mama of two incredible adult children who are now off living their own adventures. I’m learning how to navigate this new season of life, being an empty nester, and it’s been a tender, unfamiliar transition. I raised my kids in California as a single mom, and while it wasn’t always easy, we made it through together. Honestly, I think they taught me far more about life than I ever taught them.

At my core, I’m a dreamer. I find joy in simple moments, where laughter, love, and presence quietly weave together and create peace.
I’m also a huge lover of nature. Walking and hiking are part of my near-daily rhythm, and I cherish what I call my solo adventures, those moments where it’s just me, the trail, the trees, and the open air. Nature has always been my safe place, and some of my biggest healing breakthroughs have happened when I’m fully surrounded by her beauty.
I’m an introvert too. I deeply value alone time, and so much of my growth has come from that quiet space. I’ve learned to see my introversion not as a limitation, but as a strength, and I can’t wait to share more of my journey with you along the way.
What Way2Vyb Means
Way2Vyb is short for Find Your Way to Value Your Being. That philosophy came to me about eight or nine years ago during a really intense chapter of my healing journey. I was coming out of a season of chaos and felt stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure how to move forward… or even how to feel okay again.
That’s when meditation found me.
One day, on my lunch break, I sat down with one intention:
What do I need to know to move forward?
And in the silence, it was like a whisper dropped in:
Start by valuing yourself. Do what brings you joy. Do what brings you peace.
Everything kept circling back to the same truth: value your being.
I didn’t know where it would lead. I just knew it felt real. So I started choosing myself in small, intentional ways, not what other people said I should do, but what actually felt like me. And that became the beginning of my Way2Vyb.
Healing Isn’t a Straight Line
I also want to say this clearly: healing isn’t linear. It’s an ebb and flow. Some days feel steady. Other days feel like emotional rapids, like river rafting. Sometimes you’re floating, and sometimes you’re fighting to stay upright. But you keep going. And over time, you realize even the hard days are part of the path.
Sometimes valuing yourself looks like growth and momentum. Sometimes it looks like rest. Sometimes it’s simply getting through the day the best you can.
What You Can Expect From This Podcast
I want this podcast to feel like we’re taking a walk together. Some segments will show up every week, and some will be sprinkled in depending on the vibe of the episode, but here’s the rhythm you can look forward to:
Welcome + Recap and how I found my Way2Vyb that week
Listener’s Vibe (your stories, reflections, and questions)
Trail of Gratitude (a moment to practice gratitude together)
Main Topic (the heart of the episode, stories, healing, growth, lessons)
Special segments like Brooklyn Lights the Way and Vibe Tribe
A Final Thought to carry into your week
And yes, I’m new to this. I’m learning as I go. I’m your guide, producer, editor, and tech support all in one, so kind and constructive feedback is always welcome.
Thank You for Being Here
If there’s one thing I hope you take from Episode Zero, it’s this: you don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. You only have to be willing to take the next gentle step.
Thank you for being here.
Thank you for sharing this space with me.
Until next time,
take a breath… and remember to find your Way2Vyb. 💫

With love and gratitude,
Amber
